Hi I'm Alyssa. I want to weigh about 100 lbs for my sweet 16. This blog is to keep track of calories and exercise that I'll be doing to achieve my goal. I always follow back, but only if your blog is a diet blog! :D I also post many inspirational pictures &feel free to reblog any/all of them. I'm also a gymnast, a fat gymnast. it's sad frankly, i want people at my gym to stop staring at me &wondering how someone so large can flip.
